Frequently asked questions
Will my order arrive before Christmas?
Two weeks before Christmas is my cut off for guaranteed Christmas deliveries this is due to not being able to guarantee delivery before Christmas, this can be because of postal strikes and back log. If ordering after the cut off I cant guarantee delivery timings.
Will my order arrive before a requested date?
I operate on a 1-3 working day turnaround, when your order has left my workshop and handed to the courier, I can not guarantee an exact delivery date. If needing a product on a certain date, please either: order it within an ideal timeframe or upgrade the postage.
Returns/Refunds
I will not accept items being returned due to everything being personalised, however if you would like a refund for a certain reason, I am able to offer you that. Please note orders being lost in the post or delays with postal service is out of my hands therefore, I do not offer refunds when that is the subject of the refund, I hope you can understand.
